Refund Policy

1. Overview

Estiq offers SaaS subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to Estiq, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

All subscriptions are subject to our Terms of Service, which govern the use of the platform and take precedence in the event of any conflict.

2. Subscription Billing

Estiq subscriptions renew automatically:

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days from the original subscription date.
  • Annual plans renew every 12 months from the original subscription date.

You will receive a billing confirmation email before each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are automatically issued for unused time within an active billing period, except as described in Section 4.

To cancel, go to your account settings or email us at destek@estiq.app. Cancellation requests submitted by email will be processed within 2 business days.

4. Refund Eligibility

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The following guidelines apply:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refunds for monthly subscriptions are generally not issued once the billing cycle has begun.
  • If you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used the Service during that period, we will consider a refund at our discretion.

Annual Subscriptions

  • If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the start or renewal date and have not substantially used the Service, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After the 14-day window, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the annual term, calculated on a monthly basis, minus any applicable transaction fees. Pro-rated refunds are issued at our discretion.

Service Failures

  • If a material service outage or error is directly attributable to Estiq and renders the platform unusable for a significant portion of your billing period, you may be eligible for a partial credit or refund. Please contact us with details of the incident.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal (except where eligible under Section 4).
  • Change of mind after substantial use of the Service.
  • Account suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion).
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at destek@estiq.app with the subject line “Refund Request”. Please include:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, please contact us at destek@estiq.app and we will investigate promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated “last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service.
